Editorial policy

Who writes

All sheets, guides and tools are written by Evert Vorster, Founder of AI Automated Solutions, the publisher. There are no ghost-written or invented bylines. Where a page is updated by someone else in future, the byline will say so.

How facts are sourced

Every Zimbabwe-specific fact — statistics, regulations, deadlines, prices — is attributed to a source with a URL and an access date, listed at the end of the guide that uses it. We prefer primary sources (POTRAZ, ZIMRA, statutory instruments, the provider's own site) and name the secondary source when a primary one is not accessible. Where two credible sources disagree, we say so rather than pick one. Numbers we cannot source are either labelled "illustrative" with their assumptions stated, or removed.

Provider listings

A provider is listed when we can verify, from its own public site or a named press source, what services it sells and where it operates. We record the check date and quote listed prices only as the provider publishes them. Listing is free; there is no paid placement. Entries related to the publisher are marked as such and receive no different treatment. Providers we could not verify are not listed. Any provider may request a correction or removal by email.

Vendor neutrality

Problem sheets and the matcher do not recommend companies. The publisher's own implementation company and its related company appear in the listing on the same terms as every other provider.

Update cadence

Provider entries are re-checked at least twice a year and the check date updated. Guides are reviewed when the underlying regulation or statistic changes, and the "updated" date reflects a substantive change, not a cosmetic one. Effort bands are reviewed annually.

Corrections

Email ai@aiautomatedsolutions.net with the page URL and the correction. Factual errors are corrected on the page with a note in the "updated" date; material corrections to a guide add a line at the end of the guide describing the change.

Use of AI in writing

Drafting tools may be used in producing this site. Every fact, source and calculation is checked by the author before publication, and nothing is published that the author has not read.
